Sharon Kemunto Makumba is the Founder & CEO of Trailblaze 360 – Ascend and Achieve, a Kenyan-founded organizational performance consultancy focused on helping organizations strengthen leadership, improve performance and build cultures of continuous improvement.

With a background in physical education, leadership development, experiential learning and continuous improvement, Sharon brings a practical, people-centered approach to organizational performance. Her experience spans facilitation, team development, leadership programmes and Kaizen-informed improvement, with a focus on turning learning into practical action.

Sharon believes organizations perform at their best when people, leadership, systems and execution work together. Her approach is grounded in a simple principle: diagnose before prescribing, improve what matters, and build the capability to keep improving.
